We arrived in China in April 2009 and taught at the Sun Yat Sen Memorial Middle school in Cuiheng for the past year. This school is absolutely beautiful, to go along with a fantastic and friendly teaching staff. Also, the students are very outgoing and passionate to learn. Our residence is everything that we thought it would be. We live on the campus of the middle school, so we are only minutes away from the classrooms and dining areas. We are both energetic and enthusiastic people who love to travel and engage in new experiences. During the summer months in China, we traveled to Hong Kong, Macau, Shanghai, Xian, and Beijing. It was an amazing experience. Our travels and stay in China have been very interesting and life changing. We are quite happy that we picked China as our destination to teach ESL. |
